ANZONA is proud to have launched the Australian and New Zealand Speciality Nurse Competency Framework at ANZONA 2017. The framework is the first part of a two stage document that seeks to provide a framework to describe and support orthopaedic nursing practice. Part two is currently in development and will focus on clinical elements of practice with identification of specific skills and knowledge required to deliver specialist care to orthopaedic patients.
